Sterile environments are the standard for most most chiropractic offices, and they foster a rushed “in-and-out” mentality far better than they create a comfortable user experience.

Essential Health Chiropractic was starting fresh, and they wanted to do things differently.

Till Creative worked closely with Essential Health’s founder, Kevin Dutton, to lay the foundation for a fantastic patient experience.

By evaluating the chiropractor’s process through the patient’s eyes, we were able to make simple efforts into a major emotional impact: a chiropractor’s office that makes you comfortable, treats you as a guest and pampers you like a spa.

Not surprisingly, moving into a new space seemed like a daunting task. Where to start? Till Creative created a comprehensive site and program analysis, as well as an interior development plan which he could implement cost effectively by taking just two shopping trips: IKEA and home depot.

We then took our activities towards the two-dimensional representation of the business. We translated studies of Essential Health’s goals into a successful brand and marketing campaign which speaks directly to their target audience, golfers. Selected from a few options – EHC’s logo reflects the movement of a golfer’s swing, and their tag line “keeping you active” reflects Essential Health’s focus on treatment and training for an aging golfer’s body.

Finally, detailed competitor analysis and marketing worksheets guided Essential Health’s transition from startup to gear-up, outlining simple tactics to differentiate his services, gain exposure, attract new clients and gain respect within the community.
