A self-confessed startup junkie, Jessica Lybeck spends her days (and nights) thinking of ways to meaningfully connect her client’s businesses to hungry consumers. This means delivering real-world value by breaking down new strategies, perspectives and directions into affordable, actionable bites.

She also thinks design, business and coffee get along pretty well — and should see each other more often.

Beyond leading Till’s projects and strategic pursuits, Jessica acts as co-founder of a small web-based innovation company, Euclid Circle, dedicated to hatching, developing, and creating solutions for society’s problems. Their first project, Layoff Moveon (dubbed “LOMO”), was recently featured in the Wall Street Journal and has helped hundreds of people deal with losing their jobs.

Before starting Till, she worked for Skidmore, Owings & Merrill as a LEED accredited designer. Within the urban design group she tackled strategic problems and planning of the public realm — including projects for Chicago 2016 (she’s still sore on that one), Harvard University and the University of Chicago.

Jessica has recently been featured in Crain’s Chicago Business, TimeOut Chicago, Examiner.com for her work with Till and Euclid Circle. She has also been published by Cision, the leading global public relations resource, on the topic of Social Media as well as a panelist / speaker on the topic of entrepreneurship.

She graduated with Dean’s Honors from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and a minor in Business Management. She is a both a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum and co-chair of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Young Architects Forum.

Oh yeah, and she’s also never met a entrepreneur (or a challenge) that she didn’t like.
